| assalmu alaykum brothers um, i honestly have no one to talk to about this but i need to know, what should i do? i have a big family, and a lot of the moms gossip, about anything anyone, and it really annoyes me because i dont want to be the one they are talking about and you see, i love my family soo sooo much but everytime i try to gather them or show my love for them, its like they dont care. i just wanna stop caring for them now. i dont care anymore, i tried but if they cant notice it, then im just going to stop. im so sad. |
| From Native Deen: Asalaamu Alaykum. This is hard question. Its not easy sometimes to deal with family members who don't respect or care. The Prophet (SAW) had to deal with that also. But usually patience and prayer is what helps. You cannot change them, but Allah can change them. You should just be the best example you can be, but don't worry too much if they dont respond. May Allah help you in your situation. |
